Miley Cyrus Sells her Tennessee Mansion for a Staggering $14.5 million

Miley Cyrus sold her Franklin, Tennessee, house and put an astonishing $14.5 million into her bank account.

The “Malibu” singer reportedly has the second-highest real estate deal of the year, according to Dirt.

After purchasing a residence in Belle Meade, a wealthy Nashville neighbourhood, Reese Witherspoon now has her beat.

In addition, it should be remembered that Miley paid $5.8 million for the mansion in 2017, which amounted to a huge 150 percent price increase. Even better, since this transaction was fully off the market, Miley didn’t have to bother with open houses or showings to sell her house.

Located on a 33.5-acre property, the farmhouse-style home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house has about 7,000 square feet of living space and an attached guest house in the manner of a barn that the media speculates might have served as a recording studio.

The house is completely gated and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It features a master suite with a soaking tub on the main floor, 2 powder rooms, a kitchen with high-end appliances, a pool, and a putting green.

The buyer of the home, Dairy Queen magnate Matt Frauenshuh, who is the owner of the largest DQ chain in the world with more than 200 locations, was also revealed by Dirt.

Miley has lately broken up with other homes as well. She unloaded her home in Malibu for $1.7 million in 2020 after selling her Hidden Hills residence for $7.2 million the previous year.
