Ye has published the parameters of his proposed negotiations with the German sportswear company as he has done in the past when discussing the developments in his disputes with Gap and adidas (XETRA:ADS.DE -2.21%). Ye publicly explained what he is offering adidas on Instagram and released a few images of discussions he is having there.
The YEEZY CEO provided a glimpse into his interactions with adidas, saying that Torben Schumacher, SVP, Global General Manager adidas Originals, Basketball & Partnerships at adidas, served as his point person throughout discussions. Ye is currently looking at the possibility of partnering with adidas as a non-exclusive manufacturer and distributor. If adidas accepts the offer, they will be paid a royalty equal to 20% of the net sales proceeds.
