Olivia Rodrigo Arrives at the Studio in a Short Red Plaid Skirt in New York City

Olivia Rodrigo departed New York City’s Electric Lady Studio on Friday wearing a retro-inspired pop punk ensemble evocative of Y2K Avril Lavigne. Rodrigo had already performed with Lavigne and is obviously a fan of the style of the time. The 19-year-old was dressed in a pleated red plaid miniskirt that highlighted her long legs and was layered over a bejewelled black t-shirt with cap sleeves.

She accessorised with a pair of black combat boots and carried two bags: one larger black bag on one arm and one larger white bag on the other. Beautiful brunette Rodrigo wore her hair in two beautiful braids that hung over her shoulders.

She joined her musician buddy Daniel Nigro for dinner at Zumba after leaving the storied recording studio. Rodrigo and DJ Zack Bia, whom she had been seeing for a few months this year, recently broke up. They were first linked to one another in February, and a source who spoke with People claimed that they “truly liked each other.”

Another insider told E! News at the time, “He invited her to Super Bowl parties that he was DJing that weekend and she went to support him. They got along well and have been hanging out lately… Zack appreciates how unassuming Olivia is and thinks she’s really down to earth. They are in good harmony with one another.

They apparently had completely different schedules and lifestyles, not because of any significant problems, which is why the relationship terminated.

Their romance sort of fizzled, a source told Life & Style. They were merely dating, but they haven’t seen each other recently. They both have distinct work schedules and social circles, so there were no problems.

She was recently questioned about breakups in an interview with British Vogue because Rodrigo’s popular record was heavily influenced by one.

She added, “I think it’s necessary to not only forgive them, but also forgive yourself for allowing things to happen, in addition to cutting off any communication. That is what I have discovered.
