Lil Durk Invites 6ix9ine to Box for $50 Million in Dubai

Lil Durk announced an album would be released at midnight, as did his rival YoungBoy Never Broke Again, and in the meantime he decided to keep fans entertained with some entertaining 6ix9ine DMs on Instagram. (He ended up postponing Almost Healed, but YoungBoy did deliver Richest Opp.)

Durk got right to the point with 6ix9ine, a longtime rival, beginning the exchange with an invitation to box in Dubai for $50 million of the Chicago rapper’s own money.

Durk messaged the controversial rapper on Instagram, saying, “I don’t want you hurt or dead you a kid from the burbs.” “I have 50 million dollars of my own money to fight you on television in Dubai.” [sic] we can double the money three times….go talk to your rich friends and let’s set it up.

6ix9ine responded by saying Durk is just “on album press run” and would rather get down to business. While Durkio stated in the caption of his post that he wants to do things “safely,” Tekashi isn’t interested in his terms.

“But I don’t want to fight you for money, p***y.” For nothing. “Come to Miami, let’s get a hotel room and just throw down 1 on 1,” wrote the 27-year-old.

Durk, 30, laughed him off and delivered a hilarious finish. “I’m fine, enjoy your day….I’m not concerned about sales; I just wanted to kick your ass for some cash.”

“Stop the violence, put the guns down big man!” said the Voice of the Heroes artist in his caption. Let’s go Migo – September? 50 million of my own money to box in Dubai safely. [Gervonta Davis] lead me out.”

He removed the IG post a few hours later.

Though Durk’s Almost Healed album was never released, he did give fans the J. Cole-featured single and music video “All My Life.”
